When making my level environments, I thought of what the story of my game could be. George in my class who had previously praised me for my game idea storyline last year had requested that I make a Story document this year. I compiled the basic information I had and started writing the start of my story. I used an excel spreadsheet to separate my story in the main 3 Acts and any inciting incidents or plot points that were important.
I was making this document in a month when the year two's were making the code for my game and I had not gotten access to the GitHub, so I was looking for work to do. A lot of the major events in this document are outdated as of now, one level (Angelic Utopia) is not in the game as the scope was too large. I scrapped that level for the time being as I wanted to focus and improve other elements of the game. There are also some locations and actions that the character do or say that are not represented in the game. NPC's aren't a thing and until recently the boss fight described here was only for this document. I asked the year two's to make something basic and upon getting this game mechanic, I was able to implement something fancy.

Boss fight description updated with in-game similarities
Overall I very much enjoyed writing this story document as most of what was written did inspire me to make my levels more fun and colourful with their uniquely presented level themes.
