This below is an extended mind map which I created to help find and write information about different games design companies. These job appliances and businesses each have specific descriptions in their website bio's. I have collated information on some of these and wrote about some of the skills needed to apply for the job advertised.

One website I found was Mastered, this website collated lots of smaller and most popular companies and their job offers but with more experienced titles. Titles such as: Game Engine Programmer, Games AI Programmer and VR/XR Developer. (for games design)
They had listings for game design companies such as "King" who make the Candy Crush games and "Space Ape" who work in 3d games. They were each looking for senior 3d artists as well as mobile games developers.
One final company I found was "Play'n Go" who listed their different jobs as well as the hard and soft skills needed for each one. One of the main requirements needed for this would be "to work effectively in a collaborative environment (team work). However one job for one company needed someone who was familiar with casino and slot games. (Curiosity too)
But in conclusion most game designing groups want video game testers, those who have strong experience with the current market and demographic and would provide detailed feedback of the current beta builds.
