Game Premise
Escape the fazed memories of the past and overthrow the masses against you.
 Explore the area that holds you captive, learn your surroundings before leaping into the unknown in order to reunite yourself with your family.
You the player explore your familiar surroundings of the young orphan goblin girl who has been trapped living in a science lab known as “Karvantus” (named after the leader of the goblins in the great goblin war) This orphan has been adopted and is undergoing tests to improve her physical capabilities. However, when she was originally discovered by the scientists, she had no remains of her leg bones and had to have them amputated.
The main story part of the game occurs during one of her tests when she has the dream to escape into the outer world. Tries to escape but unknown to her, the scientists know of her chosen route too and that it just leads her back into the lab as its part of the test. 
Later she discovers an abandoned dorm room deep down inside the lab’s sub levels. She discovers the remains of a past test subject, takes their hooks & wears them in her hands.

The “Karvantus” lab has many different areas to explore like its dorms, cafeteria, kitchens, sewers below and the guards training areas too. Some of the test rooms are built like mazes, others have psychological challenges. Your character will learn to bypass hot, cold and acidic materials and upgrade her tools so you can go back to older areas for more exploration.

These pictures above were some of my inspiration for my main character Willow, most goblins are small and thin but these two show off how any goblin has to be prepared to battle. The one on the right is my favourite for their big sword and belt buckle where as I also adore the tattoos the left drawing has. This could be a reference number as mentioned by Dr Cryptus or just a marking like a cow stamp.

Another major part of my game idea was the players tools and contraptions they would utilize. At first I had found pictures just to show off my idea above which at the time I did not know how they would connect to the players legs. Her hooks are the main tool she uses in the game as they can swing on poles vertically and horizontally; moving while doing parkour to avoid hazards. She can twist them around to turn in different directions; up, down and diagonally as well.
In the tests she performs in, she is given different accessories to put on her legs instead, examples include blades for skating, hooks for grabbing or swinging and winches for ziplining. She dons a raggedy gown as well as dark red shorts and a cloak over her shoulder. She is often bullied in the cafeteria as the other test subjects there are not of her kind. But because she is the only goblin in the facility, she has her own room with secret vents to travel through.

Goblin drill machine idea

The pictures above showcase an initial idea for a Goblin drill machine which they would use not in the game but would feature in the stories you discover. The picture for reference is the "Mole Machine vehicle from thunderbirds". The picture on the left however is some learning I did before I made a presentation about my idea. Willow has no "Fibula or Tibia" bones, she is missing the ones on the chart below her knees, which is why she requires some amputee limbs extensions. Its a nice diagram that is easy to learn, willow can has a port on her amputee legs which means she can attach any compatible item to it for levels or puzzles.
